  3. New Business

    • Approve Jun 22, 2026 Agenda

      Motion to approve the agenda for the Aug 26, 2024 neighborhood association meeting was made by Tim Lyons and seconded by Joyce McKinnon.

      Motion was approved by unanimous consent.

  4. Reports

    • Police - Officer Tyler Canter

      • car break in’s occurring in shopping center across from Amazon in the shopping center with the fitness center

    • CAB - Elizabeth Murray

      • Events are in the announcements section.

  5. City Representatives

    • India Bailey, Chief of Staff for Hunter Williams, Councilor, District 2

      • Asked for neighborhood concerns

      • Speed cushion on Cresthill Road moved

      • Festival center not looking well 

      • Trash cans on the trail are almost full

    • Tony Diliberto, Director of Community Engagement for Josh Vasa, Councilor, District 3

      • Spoke about District 3 Summer Fest on June 20

  6. Presentation

    • Representatives for Redeemer Church speaking about their zoning request to zone from mixed-use high to C2 (general commercial)

      • Randall Myner- current zoning is mixed use high. Requires buildings be located very close to streets. 

      • Joel Brooks- senior pastor- wants campus to have “beautiful green spaces” States that he is passionate about the community and lives in the area. 

      • Verbal agreement to never do the following uses: (q condition)- car wash, mini storage, convenience store, medical cannabis related, 

      • Current membership is 2000

      • Roads: goal is for the church to control those roads. Currently have access rights and an option to purchase the roads 

      • Wants to vote in city counsel in Sept 2026

      • Neighbors have concerns because of how property developers have made unfulfilled promises in the past. 

      • Plot on the ridge will not be changing the zoning and will not be developed.

      • They would like to see the q conditions
