    • October 2025 meeting minutes were read to meeting attendees.

  3. New Business

    • Approve November 2025 Agenda

      • Motion to approve the agenda for the November 24, 2025 neighborhood association meeting was made by Renee Tucker and seconded by Camille Worthington.

    • Approve meeting minutes for October 2025

      • Motion to approve the meeting minutes for the October 2025 neighborhood association meeting was made by Tim Lyons and seconded by Renee Tucker.

  4. Presentations

    • Festival center broken fence issue – homes most impacted are paying for the fence repair. Fence is now repaired and neighbors are happy with it.

    • Thanking Valerie Abbott for her years of service as a city councilor.

  5. Reports

    • CAB - Elizabeth Murray

      • BDOT- backlog of traffic calming requests when it was open to the public. Now requests will be going through the neighborhood association. BDOT does not consider stop signs traffic calming. Only going to accept requests for traffic calming twice a year.

  6. City Representatives

    • India Bailey for Hunter Williams, Councilor - District 2

      • Pilot program with Jeff Co Greenways. Will maintain Clairmont walking trail. Start date- 1st week of Dec. Will see if they will come to the meeting

      • Discussion point- native planting and “leave the leaves” could be a long term goal. Will need to educate the community

    • Tony Diliberto for Josh Vasa - District 3:

      • Introduction - Tony Diliberto – director of community outreach

  7. Announcements

    • Holiday Light Contest. Friday, December 19, 2025. Requesting volunteers for judging the holiday lights. Laura Knott, Chrissy Benny, Camille, Tim

      • Live shots of homes with lights on local TV

    • Neighbors would like to recognize JJ Rutledge for his retirement after 40 years at the postal service. Neighbors would like to give him a card and a gift card. He officially retires on Jan 1. Idea- map of his route. Will discuss again at Jan meeting

    • Brush pickup dates - were Nov 4 & 17. December dates TBA.

    • Recycling pickup dates - Thursday, December 11.

      • Wednesday, December 10 for the eastern part

      • The Public Works website still states “week of December 22” for recycling, but we expect that to change.

    • Next meeting - January 26, 2026
