    • Approve March 23, 2026 Agenda

      • Motion to approve the agenda for the Mar 23, 2026 neighborhood association meeting was made by Larry Meyers and seconded by Kristen Smith. Motion was approved by unanimous consent.

    • Approve meeting minutes for Feb 23, 2026

      • Motion to approve minutes was made by Donna Barnes and seconded by Larry Meyers. Motion was approved by unanimous consent.

  • Reports

    • Police: Sergeant Emerson Oldham

      • Wants us to call for any concerns, you are not bothering the police

      • He fielded questions including about a home in the neighborhood with concern for poor animal treatment and drug dealing and homeless encampments

    • CAB - Elizabeth Murray

      • No updates as the CAB meeting was cancelled

    • CSNA Officer Reports - Timothy Hall

      • Update from the BDoT/Horticulture meeting about plants/planters for the traffic circle.

        • Want plants that can deal with heat and traffic exhaust and drought tolerant – xeriscape 

        • Home grown habitat- did all the natives in Highland Park

        • Botanical gardens may have a grant for plants- Bob Koons, Rebecca Stibenger? (https://bbgardens.org/rooted-in-community/)

  • City Representatives

    • Josh Vasa, Councilor - District 3

      • COW- committee of the whole- discussed short term rentals ordinance. Did not have good enforcement yet. Ordinance pushed to next meeting. 

      • Fielded questions- construction plates on Cresthill rd.; Data centers

  • Announcements

    • Brush pickup dates - March 30, April dates TBA

    • Recycling pickup dates - Thursdays, March 30, and April 13 & 27

      • Western part: Wednesdays, March 29, and April 12 & 26

    • Litter Cleanup: corner of Crestwood Blvd & Oporto Madrid on Saturday, Mar 28, 2026 at 9-11 am (no time obligation)

    • Next meeting - Monday, April 27, 2026. Timothy Hall will be out of the country, so Elizabeth Murray will be leading the meeting.
