Read & Approve Previous Meeting Minutes - February 2022
February 2022 meeting minutes were read to meeting attendees.
Motion to approve minutes was made by Renee Tucker and seconded by Vincent Solfronk.
Motion was approved by unanimous consent.
New Business
Zoning Variance Request (ZBA2022-00011) - 5556 12th Ave S
Resident Jordan Middleton (represented by John Forney) has requested a variance for their property at 5556 12th Ave S.
If granted, the variance would allow the front yard of the property to be setback at 36.10 feet instead of the 30 foot required setback.
The property owners need the variance to build a front porch and close in the existing carport.
Motion to support variance zoning request ZBA2022-00011 was made by Elizabeth Murray and seconded by Vincent Solfronk.
Motion was approved by unanimous consent.

Ms. May was allowed 3 minutes to introduce herself to the neighborhood and answer any questions about her campaign.

Ms. Powell was allowed 3 minutes to introduce herself to the neighborhood and answer any questions about her campaign.

Public comment period is February 27, 2022 through April 12, 2022.

Police - Jessica Burton
Reported one residential burglary and one auto theft in Eagle View apartments.
A home on the 1500 block of Clairmont Ave had a break in via an unlocked door.
Ms. Burton recommended replacing standard strike plate screws with longer screws to decrease the chances of your door being kicked in.
