    • Motion to approve the agenda for the May 22, 2023 neighborhood association meeting was made by Kim Nguyen and seconded by Annie Wright.

  • Jana White, Regional Planning Commission - Improving Transportation Services

    • The Commission is collecting data on transportation needs in Birmingham via a survey.

    • Neighbors can get more information about the survey by contacting Jana at janacdinc@gmail.com.

    • Fishing Rodeo - Saturday, June 10th from 7am-1pm at East Lake Park

      • There will be lots of fish, vendors, food trucks, free live bait, and giveaways.

    • The trash cart website has been updated with more information about trash services.

    • Hunter Williams, Councilor, District 2 (Represented by India Bailey)

      • Pothole on Clairmont and Linwood Court has been filled.

      • 2024 Budget has been introduced to the Council by the Mayor’s office.

        • Public budget hearing will be held Monday June 5th 5:00 PM at Boutwell Auditorium.

      • Councilor Williams’ discretionary allocation of $2,000.00 will be distributed to our neighborhood account.

      • Clairmont Walking trail grass and brush has been cleaned up.

        • Liz Murray requested the garbage cans be emptied.

      • 150 students participated this year.
