Special Called Meeting

CSNA will be having a special called meeting via teleconference on September 8th at 6:00 PM.

The purpose of this special called meeting is to allow those interested in running as a neighborhood officer an additional opportunity to attend a neighborhood meeting. According to the required qualifications defined by the City, qualifying candidates must be a resident of the City of Birmingham who is at least eighteen (18) years of age, has resided in the neighborhood for at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the Declaration of Candidacy deadline, and has attended at least four (4) of that neighborhood’s meetings during the previous twelve (12) months prior to the Declaration of Candidacy deadline.

During this meeting we will execute the following neighborhood business:
- Vote to approve the meeting minutes for June 2020
- Vote to approve $100 for the purchase of additional waste bags to place in the dog waste stations along Clairmont Walking Trail

IMPORTANT! The City requires us to take attendance for our meetings, so in order to better facilitate that we ask that if you are planning on attending the meeting please RSVP through this form.

We will continue to post any updates on NextDoor, our Facebook page and website (both linked below). If you are unable to attend the virtual meeting and have any questions you would like to submit, please reach out to us via email.

Your CSNA Officers,
Kayla MacNeil - President
Elizabeth Murray - Vice President
Steven MacNeil - Secretary
